With a lightweight race proven chassis and F1 style push rods suspension, you get super sensory input direct to your fingertips; the Raptor RR gives you the feedback of any purebred performance motor car. The tested chassis design gives you enormous levels of grip, traction and agility, and combined with the push rod suspension system, positive responsive steering and sports braking system, the experience can only be described, as out of this world... it is only then that you realise that you are driving an ultimate driving machine! Race specification coil over shock absorbers ensure that you have full control over the ride height and stance of your car, as well as providing you with gas suspension ride comfort.

Whether you are out for a leisurely cruise or competing in the high levels of motorsport, the Raptor RR will always perform beyond your expectations! The chassis offers one of the largest cabins in its class, with drivers up to 6'5" being comfortably accommodated. Furthermore, there is a factory option of extending the foot wells for owners up to 6'8".

 

 
Performance

The basic recipe is a lightweight chassis with a well serviced, properly tuned and mapped engine. The power-to-weight ratio is a formula that is used to gauge a car’s general performance and this is expressed as ‘bhp per tonne’.

Raptor RR 180

Our Base model, the Raptor RR180 uses the Yamaha R1 big bang engine with a RSC tuned induction and exhaust system and revised fuel mapping, the net result is an engine producing 180bhp @ 12500rpm. The inclusions of additional 4 shower injectors that operate above 9000rpm -14000 rpm. The variable induction tract is also maintained. The primary design of this engine by Yamaha was to increase low down torque and give sharper throttle response. The engine also offers 3 separate engine maps that are selected via push button on the dash. The engine has an excellent wet sump design which means no aftermarket billet sump kit is required. The engine also comes with slipper clutch to aid engine reliability when down shifting. The engine is wired into the standard Yamaha dash system, and therefore gives very accurate feedback with a built in Shift Light, Fuel Computer showing Average MPG, instant MPG and Gear Indicator as well as ECU fault diagnostic system. . A set of uprated clutch spring and electric water complete the full installation. There is a 190bhp Stage 1 tuning kit available that can be fitted on initial order.

Raptor RR 210

The range topping model deserves the very best power unit. Kawasaki ZZR 1441cc engine certainly delivers 207bhp in standard trim with minor in-house tuning we extract 210bhp from this 1441cc beast. The ZZR14 offer fabulous torque spread from 1500rpm, making it so easy to drive , above 6500rpm the induction noise hardens too deep howl and it offer stunning linear thrust to the rev limiter (11250rpm). As with the RR180 the ZZR also comes with a slipper clutch as standard. Again we use the existing bike dash system so you have the same level of feedback, Fuel Computer, Shift Light, Gear Indicator, etc. as the RR180. We add a billet sump with crankshaft windage tray too ensure the engine does not suffer from oil starvation. A set of uprated clutch spring and electric water complete the full installation.

Raptor CS 230

The CS 230 (Club sport) home is on a track or even a hill climb course. It’s a RR210 on serious diet and with an in house tuned 230bhp engine. A full roll cage, race spec fuel tank, master cut off switch as well as a very basic lighting circuit completes the CS230.
